Hi, I recently bought a pair of lightup shoes from the Bankstown Store, but when I got them home I realised that they were defective and didn't light up. I went to three stores to try to find a replacement, and finally found the size we wanted in Bass Hill. However, their service desk refused to exchange without a docket -which I couldn't find initially.
