I have never in my life experienced such shocking behaviour from an employee. I walked into Kmart today while I was unwell and struggling, and instead of being treated with even the slightest bit of respect or basic decency, I was met with rudeness, aggression from a girl named Elena . She raised her voice at me, swore at me in front of others, and made me feel completely humiliated when I was already in a vulnerable state. She needs to be fired she is very disgusting and shouldn’t have a job at all

Elena at Kmart Bass Hill is one of the rudest and most incompetent staff members I have ever dealt with. She deliberately shut down a customer’s checkout midway, spoke over them, and showed absolutely no respect, compassion, or basic customer service. Instead of assisting, she was dismissive, arrogant, and unhelpful, forcing a customer into unnecessary distress.
