Disappointed with Front Register Staff – Twice in a Row: i've now had two separate experiences at Kmart where the staff at the registers showed a clear lack of situational awareness and customer service. On one occasion, I informed the team member I had additional items that required assistance due to security tags—only to be ignored completely. **Very disappointing experience at Kmart Bass Hill – especially on a special day.** I visited this store today to quickly buy a gift before heading to a dinner party for a religious festival. In my hurry, I accidentally left the physical receipt at checkout—but I had scanned both my OnePass and Flybuys, so the receipt was already available in my app. As I was exiting, a security guard and a Kmart staff member stopped me to check my receipt. A well stocked store that presently have a great selection of winter clothing at reasonable prices. This store is large, organised and clean. I found the staff helpful when assistance was needed. Something for everyone.
