A Truly Miserable Experience I’ve never been a fan of Kmart, but this recent experience took things to a new low. After spending over $1,000 there over the past week, I tried to return a single item—a $20 pan that didn’t work with my stove. I never used it, just opened it and realized it wasn’t compatible.
