That's done it for me today, basically being told I couldn't exchange something without a docket as I might have just picked it up, even though when I entered the store I showed the lady at the front door. So rude! I have never felt so embarrassed, being accused of stealing. I only wanted to exchange the product and all this upset for $19. I am very upset about this. Train your staff better.
