As a continual customer I believe K MART BAIRNSDALE need to have compassion for those that actually suffer from aracnidfobia Staff at front door after being told thought it was very funny to demonstrate the dam spider which caused me to have heart palpitations when leaving I complained nicely and she just laughed wonder if she would have laughed if they had to call ambulance I'm sitting here at 8.15 and still feeling terrified I won't be back till after an American stupid holiday Halloween TOTALLY DISGUSTED !!!!
Avoid interacting with the staff who can't or won't help you. Being told "we don't have those" despite the fact they sell a large variety of 'those' seems to be the default answer to products stocked.
This K-Mart is bigger than the many ones in the metropolitan cities. Very wide aisles and well set up. Lots of parking outside too
