Very impressed with service I received today. I couldn't locate a large item and asked a woman stocking shelves who took the time to source the item from storage. The young man who brought it out helped me get it through checkout and into my car, which was not easy! Thank you both. So appreciated, and unexpected.

As a continual customer I believe K MART BAIRNSDALE need to have compassion for those that actually suffer from aracnidfobia Staff at front door after being told thought it was very funny to demonstrate the dam spider which caused me to have heart palpitations when leaving I complained nicely and she just laughed wonder if she would have laughed if they had to call ambulance I'm sitting here at 8.15 and still feeling terrified I won't be back till after an American stupid holiday Halloween TOTALLY DISGUSTED !!!!
