Dumb staff who don’t even follow the Australian consumer law. Utilising a dumb store policy of no receipt no refund when it clearly states I can show a statement and that’s enough for at least a store credit. Dumb!!!
Terrible service and staff are terrible
I visited Kmart this afternoon for some photo printing at about 3pm, and the lovely lady who served me there was such a lifesaver! She helped me arrange a design I was making at the photo kiosks, offered to help expedite my next-day print order as I have to collect by the afternoon tomorrow, and even popped my items safely to the side when I accidentally left them behind!
