When I work on Christmas Eve or other holidays and it gets busy, I never treat customers the way people were treated here. Don’t get me wrong, the guys working at the cash/card machines were great and very helpful. However, the lady at the front called another staff member to help me find a container, and this person was the worst attendant I’ve ever dealt with. I got saved be Bella she was very helpful and friendly
Good, cheap items but the sales dude in the front was acting hormonal. We (very politely) asked for assistance at the counter and he slammed our drink on the counter. We didnt have the time to ask for his manager or complain since we were rushing so we thought to just leave a review. Dude probably hates his job. Happened on December 06 at 08:12 PM
Very bad experience with returns at Kmart! In retail, good customer service is very important but in Ashfield Kmart customer service in entertainment department is terrible!! Manager Rebecca, doesn’t know to how to serve the customer properly with returns and exchange. Doesn’t have any respect to customers and shows racism behaviour towards customers which is very bad!!! Kmart Ashfield used to be my go to store always, just because of her behaviour and bad customer service I never go to this store any more.
