Blonde white lady at returns was very rude and refused to accept an item well within the return window. Treated us like criminals, spoke disrespectfully and was unpleasant to deal with. She told us to go back to Burwood to make the return . Haven’t had such an unpleasant interaction before. We decided not to buy anything else at the store because of her attitude.
I don't know what Bronte Fordham is talking about. All the staff were care and considerate and my son really enjoyed it.

Worst customer service. A middle age women with blonde hair was very rude and disrespect towards a few customers at the store. Came up to me and a few customers and said we can't be looking at stuff which are on the crates but I already got permission from staff and they said was fine. She grabbed my bag and emptied everything out and she also did it to another customer next to me. What gives them the right to touch other people's belongings. One of the worst kind of store manager i have seen... rude and disrespectful and even accusing people of being involved of other people wrong doings. Probably she's well known by now im surprised how she still keeping her job.
