Reading these reviews was very validating, to know I'm not the only one to find the lady (larger, ponytail with ribbons, colourful makeup) standing at the front of the store very rude! I went in store tonight to pick up a click and collect. I wanted to grab a few more things so I went to go and grab a trolley. I asked one of the workers, who told me I needed a coin. One Tuesday in August, I had another unpleasant experience with the lady checking receipts at the exit. She was a large-built woman with her hair in a ponytail and noticeable makeup, and she stopped me in a way that felt unfair and discriminatory. This is not the first time I have experienced this; I have also noticed that she can be unpleasant when assisting customers with directions or questions about products. My first time at this Kmart. Thoroughly impressed with staff and layout of the store. This is the first K mart I've been to that is so well organised and not messy, everything was well displayed and easily accessible. Enjoyed my shopping experience at this store . Would highly recommend.
