Great friendly and accessible staff for questions
Trying to find an Anko Heater fan since 1 month across different stores in Melbourne. Website says 5$ clearance sale for an Anko Heater Fan which is and will be out of stock all the time. Better the product be removed from Kmart listings.
This morning my mother went in to get an item swapped and after receiving a voucher she went to check out however upon realising it was a card only machine (she wanted to add extra funds to her purchase) she asked for help. A mature lady, caucasian, blonde hair approached her and decided to belittle my mum and tell her rudely it's a card only checkout. After many trips to The Altona Gate store, I decided to write a review to reflect how incompetent the staff are! Tried calling 4 times to speak to the manager but apparently there is no body to take your call! The older lady on the front door really needs to refresh her customer service skills or do us a favor and retire! No greeting as you enter and grunts as you leave the store indicating I need to produce a receipt! Hope the store manager finds the time to read the reviews, most of them are bad!!
