Staff member Emma went out of her way today to find me a tshirt for my son’s sports day at school. I often see Emma when I shop there and she is always helpful and friendly
So rude and racist staff (lady wearing glasses with colored highlights on her hair). I asked for help as she was just standing free. I said excuse me could you help me, she turned around saying “yes ofc” and saw me (a brown girl) and then she goes like sorry, im not free, i gotta do something. Very rude and unprofessional
