Hi team! I came in yesterday with my child buying a toy for my sons birthday, and this when my day was made as I bumped into, Patrick, He helped me find out the perfect gift for my son and likewise ensured I was looked after! Everyone knows how stressful it is buying young kids presents! Patrick, was humble, kind and overall a great human. He spent so much time and for that I am grateful. My kid will now have a special birthday thanks to you Patrick. I hope the kid gets some sort of praise or recognition.
The guy in the toys department I think it was Liam or Luke was really helpful he helped my boys find the Lego they've wanted for so long
I attempted to get help from the girls at the register, but they refused to assist me. The customer service was terrible and there was absolutely no training on how to treat customers.
I was appalled, I am normally not in the habit of leaving a bad review, so this is something I don't do lightly. I had made some routine, non eventful purchases and then proceeded to the counter to pay for my items. None of the non-self service counters had been manned and the only option was automatic self-serve checkouts. It is one of the many examples I've encountered in other retail corporations of parasitic, greedy management who refuse to do more than the absolute bare minimum.
