Visited the store on Friday 17th October around 10:15am and had a disappointing experience. The lady on the door was extremely rude. I had my receipt half tucked into an item so I wouldn’t lose it (especially since your new policy requires a receipt for returns). She pulled it out of the bag, read over the entire receipt, and checked each item one by one. Came here with my mum went to return something and they said how do you get in kmart and my mum said entrance then the lady calls someone to check the cameras and more workers get involved stayed there about 35 - 45 mins Will not come back again very disappointed in you Kmart staff🙁
