My thoughts about Kmart This is really the only store in Peru. The staff is sooo nice and treats u like Family. There is a Cashier, I think her name is Jen or Jean, So friendly and smiles all the time. The managers are nice,except for Diana. She's RUDE. She dosent want to help people and when she does she acts like she is annoyed. There have been times where when I came in she is on the phone at the front desk. Kmart - Peru, IN This Kmart is great! Extremely helpful staff, well stocked and organized. There is a manager that was very rude, had no people skills, swore at me when I asked questions about a return, and reprimanded an employee for helping me get an item off of the top shelf rather than clocking out on-time. This manager gave me all of these troubles within an hour and a half time-span! Watch out for Diana. Hospitality Doug is one of the store managers, I really appreciate his hospitality. He has always answered any and all of my questions with a real good attitude. If I need help getting an item down from a high shelve, He has no problem getting it for me. He always has a smile on his face. That always makes a person fill good.
Collectable cards Great store all around, toys for kids, Games for older kids, and great staff, Most of the shopping I do there is for Collectible cards. They have a decent shipment of collectible Cards, they don't stock very often on Pokemon, Baseball, or Football, but this Yu-Gi-Oh is stocked often, so for those yu-gi-oh collectors this is your place... and for Pokemon to.
No thanks! Poor customer service, dirty floors, and messy shelves. This experience was aweful. Come one people, who works here????? Not anyone who i seen. Everyone was just standing around and were not willing to help me when i was looking for something. The only good part about the store was the clearance section, hummmm will i go back????? Only because there is no walmart.
The most unhelpful store on this planet! I have no problems with Kmart as a corporation. I have shopped at the store in Chico and the store in Yuba City and have had NO problems, but the store in Paradise is just AWFUL! Living in Paradise, your choices for shopping locally are quite limited, so the occasional run to Kmart here really is a necessity (especially when you need diapers and do not want to run down the hill to get them.) Kmart Kmart is a store I do not go to very much. Their customer service among the employees is not very good. Alot of things are not even priced and they are not cheap excecpt for sale items
I'm not a fan Kmart is another one of the stores that just seems to be fading away. Pricewise they can't compete (or they don't even try to) with a Walmart or even a Target. Their selection gets worse and worse. The only reason I'd go here is if it was inconvient to go anywhere else. The customer service isn't great either. I just don't really see a point in going here.
