The most unhelpful store on this planet! I have no problems with Kmart as a corporation. I have shopped at the store in Chico and the store in Yuba City and have had NO problems, but the store in Paradise is just AWFUL! Living in Paradise, your choices for shopping locally are quite limited, so the occasional run to Kmart here really is a necessity (especially when you need diapers and do not want to run down the hill to get them.) Rude, unfriendly customer service. They act like it’s a huge chore for them to help a customer. Obviously they don’t get paid as much, so as employees in Walmart. But they are much nicer and helpful.
