This store is always extremely slow. Cashiers are very slow. Help is hard to find!
I love going to k-mart different things that I don't expect to see. Easy layaway plan. My family is going to put the stuff in layaway for christmas
Rude, unfriendly customer service. They act like it’s a huge chore for them to help a customer. Obviously they don’t get paid as much, so as employees in Walmart. But they are much nicer and helpful.
I have never had a problem with their service. When we wanted to return our WII they didn't have a return policy yet on them but they figured out a way for us to get our money back. They have always helped us when needed. I do have to agree with the service of the cashiers. Some are more intolerant then others but overall I think they are pretty good.
I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS IF I COULD. NEVER HAVE WHATS ON SALE. RESTOCKING ITEMS MUST NOT BE PRIORITY, ONCE THEY ARE GONE THEY THEY DON'T NEED TO RESTOCK. THERE ARE VERY FEW NICE EMPLOYEES. EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND ANYONE TO HELP WHEN YOU DO THEY CAN'T EVEN ANSWER YOUR REQUEST, THE CASHIERS SEEM LIKE YOU ARE BOTHERING THEM. THERE ARE NEVER ENOUGH REGISTERS OPEN. YOU HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE JUST TO GET OUT . IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE WITH IN STOCK PRODUCTS AND EMPLOYEES THAT REALLY KNOW THEIR JOB I RECCOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... read more
