RecommendedKMart Hamilton has gone through some rough times. Just like everyone else they are trying their best to improve. The negativity makes it rough. No they aren’t Walmart. No they aren’t a super store. No they don’t have what you need all the time. But they do have people who are trying to change. They do have great deals. bought a pair of shorts that had a big sign that said 5.98 get home only to realize they charged regular price for them. wasn't going to drive 40 miles back just for 2.00. why put something on sale if its not in the computer as being on sale. didn't ask if I wanted to use any points or nothing either. tired of their so called sales that aren't really on sale.

Was at check out line no cashier the customer service lady saw me standing there waiting to pay for my items and she didn't even ask if I needed help or get the cashier what a joke no wonder kmart is going out of business they hire people that like there thumbs in there butts
Poor customer service. Was treated like I was stupid for trying to exchange clothing that came in the wrong size..... Be aware that if you purchase items from kmart website but one of the items is actually a Sears item ..u cannot return it or exchange it. You have to mail it to a specific Sears location even though website says items can be returned at store
I was charged twice recently then had to wait for 4 days to get help with the situation. After all that they said it would take 7-14 business days to be refunded and offered absolutely nothing for the inconvenience of it all. I even asked for a number to call for headquarters and was given a number that only deals with online purchases. If it weren't the only store in town I would not shop here. Many employees there are nice but this experience has really left a mark.
When you have to wait 2 or 3 days to get life saving medications, its time to move on. Scheduling and lack of personnel seems to be an ongoing problem here, so after 3 trips, I still have not gotten my meds! Walk into the store, and it is literally dead--I project a future closure of Lewistons Kmart. Very sad
I needed printer ink for my printer or a new printer. They had neither! I bought a new printer at Walgreens in Peru.
