I went in to purchase a wall mount for a tv...they did have some but they were 59.99. I thought that was a little spendy so I looked the brand up online. Wal-Mart, Amazon and others had the same one for 19.99. So I went to the return desk and asked if they price matched. I was told "huh...yea we don't do that here." So they lost my purchase that day and forever. Can't wait for someone else to come in and run them out of business.
I think that after trying to purchase 600 worth of pool stuff not only did they rudely close ten minutes early but denied my check that belongs to a account that has plenty of money on it the girls wouldn't enter it manually or even try other options to get it to work cause they were more concerned with closing early and the people checking out behind me got denied their debit card from another local bank I will never go back there again ever... Try hiring staff that actually want to work
Worst store to shop at! Rude customer service members excluding a few. Management is horrible. Merchandise is scattered everywhere. Overall terrible.
No thanks! Poor customer service, dirty floors, and messy shelves. This experience was aweful. Come one people, who works here????? Not anyone who i seen. Everyone was just standing around and were not willing to help me when i was looking for something. The only good part about the store was the clearance section, hummmm will i go back????? Only because there is no walmart.
