No thanks! Poor customer service, dirty floors, and messy shelves. This experience was aweful. Come one people, who works here????? Not anyone who i seen. Everyone was just standing around and were not willing to help me when i was looking for something. The only good part about the store was the clearance section, hummmm will i go back????? Only because there is no walmart.
Worst store ever. It's August & they have no school supplies. In June they had no kids' summer clothes & almost no garden supplies. This store has gone straight downhill over the past 5 years & don't bother to ask the manager why the store doesn't have the most basic items because his don't-care response is always "we've changed suppliers." Please someone, ANYONE, buy this property & get rid of this wasteland of a "store."
RecommendedKMart Hamilton has gone through some rough times. Just like everyone else they are trying their best to improve. The negativity makes it rough. No they aren’t Walmart. No they aren’t a super store. No they don’t have what you need all the time. But they do have people who are trying to change. They do have great deals. bought a pair of shorts that had a big sign that said 5.98 get home only to realize they charged regular price for them. wasn't going to drive 40 miles back just for 2.00. why put something on sale if its not in the computer as being on sale. didn't ask if I wanted to use any points or nothing either. tired of their so called sales that aren't really on sale.
Was at check out line no cashier the customer service lady saw me standing there waiting to pay for my items and she didn't even ask if I needed help or get the cashier what a joke no wonder kmart is going out of business they hire people that like there thumbs in there butts
I was charged twice recently then had to wait for 4 days to get help with the situation. After all that they said it would take 7-14 business days to be refunded and offered absolutely nothing for the inconvenience of it all. I even asked for a number to call for headquarters and was given a number that only deals with online purchases. If it weren't the only store in town I would not shop here. Many employees there are nice but this experience has really left a mark.
All the shoes are on sale buy one get one for $1..awesome until you get to the check out and they tell you it's on all shoes UNLESS the price ends in 98 cents!!! WTH no where on any signs does it say this and they wonder why they're going out of business
Everything that I came here for is now taken away. I might as well go to Missoula.
