Excellent work on a cash-out refinance for an investor client. The property had a legal non-conforming use issue that required serious due diligence, and this office dug in, sorted out the history, and got us to a clean answer. Without that effort the refi doesn't happen. Thorough, responsive, and genuinely knowledgeable on the zoning side. I'd send them any deal with a title or use complication!
