It was a struggle to even get a call back from Ms. Klun regarding my legal issue. I left a voicemail at first. 3 weeks later, after no response, I walked into the office. I spoke with the receptionist who was very scattered. When I explained that I had been waiting for a call back she alleged that she was going to call back that day, but they had been very busy with walk-ins, etc, which seems very strange that you have to walk in the door to gain contact.
