Customer service is very poor. They did not give me an estimated ship date, but I called back the next week to get a tracking number and was told that it would be at least another week before they shipped my order. This would have been nice to know up front as I would have given someone else my business.

If you want anything from here, your better picking it up yourself. The shipping delay is horrible! Example: I ordered on a monday, i was told that my order would ship out the following thursday or friday. I called friday, said they would ship out that day. Here it is a week later (monday again), and still not shipped. It might ship today or tomorrow is the response I got. I dont order from here unless i must as you never know when they will ship. They wont charge your card until they ship, so you have to make sure the funds... read more
