Long time patron of this store, but not anymore. Just visited during regular business hours to have the girl shut the door in my face and tell me she doesn’t know when she’s gonna be back. Don’t waste your time, go to 99 Smoke Shop right around the corner. They’re always open and won’t lock the door in your face like Kloud King.
I come to this store regularly to buy vapes, but I’m really disappointed with how the owner handles packaging. I’ve asked multiple times for the newer packaging because the old ones barely last two days—literally no more, no less. Still, he keeps refusing until all the old stock is gone. It feels like customer experience takes a backseat to squeezing out every last bit of profit. It’s frustrating when you’re a loyal customer and you’re not being heard.

From out of state and this is the only shop I could find that carried coils for my vape! Great selection and the cashier TJ is a wonderful person to talk with. Highly recommend
First time buyer now customer for life starting today The shops are amazing! I was so impressed at the selection after finding a lot of duds in the area. The guys that work there are so friendly and knowledgeable in the products and service. I mean I am experienced with the products I buy but they answered all my questions and then some. Especially on how to maintain my items. Also, great prices that they strive to keep low. I left a super happy customer!
