We recently made another furniture purchase at Kloss Furniture in Highland IL. Kloss is our “Go To” furniture store. The service before during and after the sale is excellent. They have a wonderful selection of furniture and are very accommodating in helping customers find what they need. I’d highly recommend visiting the Highland location. The staff are great to deal with, especially Michelle, who handled our purchase. No pressure selling, just a large showroom that provides customers a large selection. Glen Sprankle
Sales person was nice. Took forever to approach us. Ended up purchasing a beauty rest black in a cal king. I guess they don’t offer the warranty on a cal king. Makes no sense. $6000 later… guess we’ll see what happens.
