Sales person was nice. Took forever to approach us. Ended up purchasing a beauty rest black in a cal king. I guess they don’t offer the warranty on a cal king. Makes no sense. $6000 later… guess we’ll see what happens.
Purchased living furniture from Kloss 2019-2020: 2- identical chair cushions are deteriorating; warranty on furniture expired a couple of MONTHS ago. I live alone: no dogs-no small children and my lifestyle is to travel -frequently! Both chairs require repairs because you physical are sitting on wood and this is causing back and hip issues Kloss staff has repeatedly said “life of a chair is 5 years” well my chairs only lasted 2 1/2 years Because the first chair deteriorated 2 years ago and I moved from one chair to the other... read more

We contacted Kloss Furniture & they returned our call quickly & arranged for a service person to fix our power recliner. Alex also went above & beyond to get the repair date scheduled promptly. We have purchased furniture from Kloss Furniture before & still highly recommend them for great prices on furniture & great service after the sale!
