Came here for the advertised specials.Friendly staff that didn't bother the heck out me while shopping.There price tags are very misleading. There is a "sale" price and a "Kloss finance" price when it's a third party finance company NOT KLOSS directly. Not sure what their game is but pay close attention to pricing.All in all not a bad experience but already had a manufacturer defect on a piece of 2 day old furniture. Waiting to see how this is resolved. Will update when I get an answer

A little over a year ago we bought 2 recliners at Kloss in South County. I wrote a 5 star review about that then. Since then, we had an issue with both recliners as the padding in the seat area lost its support and caused much discomfort when sitting for any length of time. I contacted our salesman, Bob Ford and he worked with us to get a repair person out to replace what's called the "core" in each recliner. Unfortunately the first repaired chair failed a second time.
