Shop somewhere else. The bedroom furniture was dropped off with drawers that barely opened and closed and holes in the living room set. Rather than take the damaged furniture with them, let’s just leave it behind and let customer service figure it out. If the manager was capable of his job and not scared of confrontation, it wouldn’t have taken us a month and half to get a call back and what they deemed a resolution. My husband's beloved ancient recliner finally bit the dust! We went to evey furniture store we could find, but nothing measured up until we went into Kloss. A friendly young man lead us over to the recliners and my husband headed directly to 1 chair saying "that's it"!!! He sat down and smiled huge "I'll take it"!!!! It's been a few months and he loves that chair!!!! Next time we need furniture, we'll head to Kloss!!!!
