If your cruise stops in Skagway, then hiring a car from Klondike Electric Cars should be at the top of your list. The trip up the Klondike Highway into the Yukon and Canada is amazing. Set your own pace, stopping wherever and whenever you want. Throughout the journey you'll watch large groups being herded on and off buses and quickly realise you made a great decision. As an added bonus Nicole is likely one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Highly recommend the team at Klondike Electric Cars.

Klondike Electric Cars was hands down the best choice for Skagway. Such a beautiful car and even more beautiful drive. Now I know why they said they drove up it and decided they had to move there. I couldn’t get enough of it if I tried. Super easy to work with, provided all of the essentials and even binoculars! Highly recommend them if you’re porting in Skagway. Choose your own adventure and get out there and explore!!

Totally recommended. We booked a car, Mustang Mach E, during our port stop in Skagway in mid -August. Their shop is easy to find, about a 15 minute walk from the Railroad cruise pier (which are the docks along the side of the harbor at the foot of the mountain). We met Nicole there and our stallion for the day was parked outside for us. A quick going over the paperwork and tour of the car's features, and we were on our way. This was an awesome experience. We rented an electric mustang and drove it to Emerald Lake. It was super easy checking in and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The car was very nice and included a binder with information about all of the stops the entire way which was both helpful and informative. We went to Emerald lake and back and still had 58% charge. It was so much nicer being on our own pace and not having to get on and off a bus and getting away from the crowds.

Klondike Electric Cars was great to deal with. The car was clean. It was fully charged for our full day trip to Emerald Lake and back. We were at 30% battery power when we returned the car . There were binoculars and a guide book for the road trip to use during the trip. Nicole and staff were super helpful. I have already recommended to friends who are going on a later cruise.
