I have never experience such poor treatment and care off a laser clinic than here at KLINIK! I suffered with several scar burns after a laser treatment. I was mortified! I informed the clinic of the burns, they explained that they are a new clinic and do not know what to do in these cases. When spoken with staff member- Maddie, about my concerns she did not know how to handle the case, therefore became very unprofessional, gave attitude when she spoke and passed the phone to another colleague while overhearing her back talk ... read more
