You want to charge $2000 for a bike but your customer service is horrible. Went in looking for some guidance and recommendations for a bike. Took 20 min for someone to even acknowledge us, and then got caught up with another customer which took another 10 min for the guy just to ask me which one do you want to try, I didn’t know what size or frame I needed then told me we don’t have any your size but the other store has it. RecommendedGreat service , good selection. Dropping off my Specialized Diverge for tune up. Some nice bikes in stock, may be taking home one when I pick my bike up, LOL! Loving the Fat Tire cycles!!
AVOID KLM BIKE & FITNESS - I purchased 5 Specialized bikes from this store for my family and brought the annual 3 year service package for each bike, not cheap but the staff in this store were excellent at the time and last year this store had a good reputation. I can only assume this store is under new management but they have gone from hero to zero and I have had nothing but the WORST customer service recently. Purchased a bike here recently and had a great experience. I’d been to several other shops in the area, but never KLM. I’ll be back and would recommend this shop over others in Troy, Ferndale, and RO. Larry was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.
