We have made two purchases from Klingman's this year as we needed to replace some aging furniture. Both times we worked with Kristen, who is amazing! She is helpful but not overbearing, gave us time and space to look around at our leisure but was also available for questions and very knowledgeable. We absolutely love the pieces we purchased. I want to see the price right up front on the website. It angers me that I have to look for it and evidently must give my name, email etc. before they will show me the price. I assume the price is high, if they won't show it first. I'll shop somewhere else.

Typical bait and switch. Salesperson quoted me 6800 total over the phone. When I arrived it was 8669.50. Took time off work and drove way out of my way to this surprise. The deal changed while I hade my cash payment counted out on the table. Dealt with Joe Spagnuolo and his manager Jen. Still buying furniture but from elsewhere.

We ordered custom chairs, the delivery man dropped one of the chairs out of the truck but brought it inside and assured us we would be getting a new replacement chair because it was torn and damaged. Klingmans refuses to replace our chair because they have insurance that allows them to send out a repairman just to do repairs free of charge to Klingmans.
