I wasn't exactly sure of the type of sofa I wanted for my living room but Klingman's had it! James, the store manager was amazing. He was able to organize a great deal and he worked diligently with me so I could get my sofa home sooner rather than later. If you're in need of furniture, go to Klingman's in Okemos, James and his sales staff with provide you with a great experience!
Jaymie McCleod was the ideal sales associate: clear, friendly, efficient, relaxed, informative. And the store itself is filled with gorgeous furniture. Luckily we have some more purchases to make after the one we made today. :-)
5 Stars, ask for Jaymie MacLeod, wonderful person to work with who listens and works with you to suggest a style that complements your space and tastes while being budget considerate. The furniture quality at Klingman’s i would give 10 stars if i could and the delivery process is effortless. Wonderful people to do business with.

While we didn’t purchase anything we were on our way to. We decided which Flexsteel 3 piece reclining set we wanted to get and as standing looking at fabric choices a lady came up and switched the price tag out for a higher price. Now the selection of fabric was right next to our set so I said to her “Oh, you’re raising the price?” Her reply”Yeah” Hmmm, we thought this is suppose a Labor Day sale and they are raising prices to compensate for what little loss they get!
