I have been buy from Klinger's Trading for over 20 years. The owner Ray is one of the most respectable people I know in the restaurant equipment business.
My job just bought a new steam table for the restaurant and The heating element has broken over three times.
I Purchased a 4 well steam table from this company in 8/17 and two of the thermostats stopped working. I called talked to one person who said he would send a replacement out. After a week and a half or so I called back an a guy named Spencer said that he did not know who I talked to. He told me there would be a charge. I asked about warranty since it is less than a year old he told me that I did not buy it from them called me a liar saying i did not talk to someone else.
