My husband, myself and my daughter have used Kline bookkeeping and tax services for years. The communication and getting a return call is obsolete. Today 5/22/2026. I have called 6 times left 3 messages on the answering machine. I even call Annabelle' cellphone and left a message. I went y the office during the modified hours and no one has responded. It us pass the deadline and she still won't respond. I have no choice but file a grievance and take her to court.
Great preparation of my taxes. My taxes are not too difficult, however the owner is very knowledgeable about the tax codes.
