Ms.Jackline and the whole law firm very amazing people who care
Front desk/whoever gathers information for the lawyers to review for consultations was extremely rude and insensitive.
They don't care about medical malpractice with catastrophic injury. They would have to actually have to put in significant effort for my case, so they just won't(it's a multi-million dollar case, btw). All they want is a quick paycheck. Their ads are a joke.
