Took him 3 days to call back when I called to ask a question about the estate. Was supposed to send me a letter detailing what all and the amounts owed by the estate that I could give the mortgage agent at my bank. Instead just got a letter saying a total, but not to who. Stuck with him because he's a friend of my sister's friend. Don't like him, don't trust him.
