I apologize to the owner for my being overly emotional in customer service emails, and I understand that the folks are trying to go above and beyond to ensure that customer complaints are dealt with properly, but there are few things they need to understand better. 1. It starts off that the create a google merchandise shop for you (that the dont inform you of) so that you can not access it, any other way than through their service. Then you get spammed with emails offering their other services. I tried to reach out to their customer service to cancel my account for 2 weeks but just got standardized AI responses back. All I have to day is please stay far far away from this company. Its not worth the headache

Leider konnte ich das Angebot nicht nutzen: Nach der Zahlung bekam ich nur die Info, dass es ein Problem mit meinem Shop gäbe, aber keine echte Hilfe. Da Kliken das Merchant-Konto selbst angelegt hat und ich keine Zugangsdaten hatte, war es unmöglich, Änderungen vorzunehmen. Although the process was slow, confusing, and stressful, the company’s COO personally intervened and ensured that the issue was resolved. I appreciate this effort. Do not use. They are scamming. It took me months to figure out they were unable to publish my ads on Google but never said anything. They kept billing me though.
