They have been doing our taxes for the past 3 years because my husband's band job required a Schedule C, which I was unfamiliar with. We have been very satisfied with their performance. They even got us a refund every year.

Made mistake on my taxes two years in a row, leaving me with larger tax bills than they communicated to me both times. Sadly, after the second error, I only received a email apology, not even a sincere phone call. In the email I was told “we understand if you want to take your business elsewhere.” I will do so, and I recommend you do as well. Accounting is about trust, and I have zero trust here.
