I have one complaint… the car park. It is extremely small. For people who have elderly parents in the facility means we’re elderly too. Possibly many of us with our own health issues. I’m hoping staff aren’t taking up visitors car parks as well.

Qeh sent my mum there for maintenance care. I visited her every day. She is 84yo with advanced alzheimers.she has forgotten english and struggles with native language. Every day i visited u had to change her clothes. They were so saturated with urine, infact so much so that when she sat on her bed she would press out all the urine from her pull up nappy that i had to ask staff a few times to make her bed again. Staff really can make an aged care complex. Watching the staff at Infin8 Care Klemzig care for my two parents these past few years, I can honestly say they care deeply about the people in their care. My Mum suffered from dementia and could be difficult in the later stages of her life but the staff always knew how to get the best out of her and they always treated her with dignity and respect. My mum lives in this home and we are very happy with all the care she receives on a daily basis . She has improved with her health and wellbeing in the 3 years she has been here. The staff are all amazing nothing is too much trouble for them . The medical needs are in house and recommend this beautiful home to anyone. I recently signed up to volunteer and I'm enjoying every part of it . I can't speak more highly of the home
