Love this place!!
Bought some boots that don't fit. When I asked if I could return or exchange them I was told that I wore them outside and they couldn't do anything. Their work boots so I'm not sure how it's expected to not go outside but really wish I would have took my business elsewhere
First time visiting, first time buying boots and was a great experience for me. The staff was so helpful and patient with me, My helper explained the difference between the boots especially the souls. It was a great experience. I really liked how even when she went to stretch the boots to make them fit better other staff would walk by and ask if I needed help. Always so helpful and friendly!! And man I still can’t believe how big the store is. Trust you need multiple visits just to see the whole store. But both my guys are ready to roll in their new boots.
