Josh of Kinsel Trucking & Excavating came to our home to do the yearly inspection & services for our septic system. Josh did the required maintenance and reported the system is functioning properly. Josh is an amazing young man, always has the answer to any questions . He's very customer service oriented and always wearing that big smile. Seems Josh is willing to go the extra mile if necessary! On July 15th I drove 8 hrs to Chris's shop to inspect and buy the Cat 299D he was trying to sell. The whole time I was looking it over and inspecting it he acted strange and made me feel bad for doing it. Then I bought the machine and brought it home. Now a few days later I find out through Cat that the machine is a 2013 instead of a 2015 like he said it was. Supposed owner is was rude and had all “trucks” at his property yet a semi almost runs into me on a side street and when I call to resolve he wants to act innocent and call me lady and not give his name. No problem I filed a police report and I have pics and I emailed bbb maybe you should listen next time I didn’t take a fake number from the truck
