Extremely unfair, and not helpful at all. They expect me to pay twice the amount for a fine I already paid for!? Never answered the phone (I called like 5 times). They just want to steal money from a community that’s already hurting financially… make it make sense!!!
Never answer the phone
Ironically I am reviewing 5 stars this place after I had to pay some violations. The staff is friendly and even the judge spoke to me directly and helped me out. Obviously I was extremely professional and showed up on my court day. They always answer the phone and usually the clerks are very friendly. They are good people, based on my experience. “Do your pre trips and always double check your truck for mechanical failures”. Learned my lesson the hard way but again.
