Luis was very helpful! He was very patient with me and mom.
I really hate to do this, and I have been with this bank for some time now. The customer service is great and even the people that works for this bank are very friendly, with some exceptions but on five different times, I have gone to the ATM and each time it's out of order or cannot access my account...this is really getting very tiring and old, especially you just left the downtown area, and could of gone to the other bank on crosstown and you get to the one on airline and the ATM doesn't work!
