Does not honor their refund policy even with confirmed receipt of product sent back. Active dispute with credit card company ongoing Product was not superior to ozark brand from ******* that is for sure.
I placed an order through walmart and it has been sitting in Orlando FL (I am in GA) since Jan 07. I contacted seller and was emailed back asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I replied and have not heard back. This was over a week ago and I have been waiting on my item for almost a month! I am very pleased with my 4 purchases of Klean Kanteen products. Not only have they remained very durable over the years but their customer support is beyond exceptional. I dropped one of their 27oz sports bottles on the ground which developed an unfortunate split. After writing to Klean Kanteen with the hopes of exchanging my broken bottle for a new one the company sent me out a brand new one, no questions asked!
