She is the best photographer I have ever seen
KLB took photos at my son's child care facility on Sept. 26th and 27th. They had a family emergency which delayed proofs for a long amount of time. We were not given access to proofs until the second week of November. Orders had a deadline date of 11/15 with payment. As of today (12/2) we still don't have the pictures and they do not respond to emails via their website. I have also left a voicemail. Lack of communication and lack of getting our pictures in a decent amount of time are not a good way to run a business. Very di... read more
