Cannot get a response from this company. Followed it’s instructions to check on my order, twice I emailed. Twice called the salesman who gave his number if I had a problem. His voicemail was full. Called the store that I purchased. Got a message to leave my order number and question and some would get back to me. I have been patient and given time for someone to respond. At this point, would just like my money refunded and we can part as friends.
When picking up your merchandise at the warehouse... enter the driveway at 2012 TW Alexander, then turn right and proceed to the side of the building. The pickup door can be identified with a white vinyl banner "Klaussner" .... zip tied to the hand rail.(approximately halfway down the building....serves tractor trailers too.
Paid for a couch in end of May at a store in IL They said it would be done August. The factor got covid. Then it would be done end of September. Now we are being told we will have to wait at least 1 full year. I would stay away from this company until they get there act together.
