After my daughter 1st got glasses, and her eyes were adjusting, we came back several times to have her prescription tweaked. Every time Dr Joe and his staff were kind and patience- they seem to really care about their work. Well priced without vision insurance too.
I was just informed that someone had posted a review erroneously to Klauer Optical using my account. I just want to apologize for that and I have removed that review. I would also like to say that I have had my work glasses prepared from Klauer on two different occasions and I have always received wonderful service and excellent quality glasses.
Recently moved to Dubuque and was referred to Klauer Optical. Wonderful service. Wonderful staff. A+ rating from start to finish. I am very pleased and you have a new customer for life. Thank you!
