We have brought our bikes here in the past for work and I guess it was fine even though they were old bikes. Maybe I made the mistake of calling first, but I called today because I bought my elderly parents trikes (classic with the chain) and I asked if they could check the chain bc they weren't shifting properly (7 speed) and check the breaks. I received terrible customer service. Staff were not friendly. I brought my bike for a new inner tube. They did not replace the inner tube they put fix a flat it and kept my bike for two weeks. Then over charged me while breaking another piece and charged me to fix it even though it was broken while they had my bike. This was the worst experience. Do not bring your bike here for repairs because they will over charge you.
We Have taken my wife's city bike for repair and tune up a few times. The technicians are knowledgeable and explain the necessary procedures. The prices are reasonable. There is parking in the back and easy access to the shop. The work was completed when they said it would be. We will return if more work or adjustments are required.
Very nice people! Ordered a bicycle online from the manufacturer and it was delivered and assembled at the store. Came in picked it up with no delay. They did a great job of putting it together! Will definitely service my bicycle here!
