Hands down the best bike repair shop in the Capital District! They go above and beyond expectations— even making calls to manufacturers to resolve issues. They repaired my e-bike when no one else would even look at it. This is the place to go if you want it done right! And their prices are very reasonable.

We have brought our bikes here in the past for work and I guess it was fine even though they were old bikes. Maybe I made the mistake of calling first, but I called today because I bought my elderly parents trikes (classic with the chain) and I asked if they could check the chain bc they weren't shifting properly (7 speed) and check the breaks. I received terrible customer service. Staff were not friendly. I brought my bike for a new inner tube. They did not replace the inner tube they put fix a flat it and kept my bike for two weeks. Then over charged me while breaking another piece and charged me to fix it even though it was broken while they had my bike. This was the worst experience. Do not bring your bike here for repairs because they will over charge you.
