Not a recommended financial institution. AI identity verification process needs significant improvement. AI program seems unable to verify identify if facial appearance has aged slightly from documents uploaded to confirm identity. Tried to call but the waiting cue was 50+ suggesting to me the institution is plagued with support issues.

Extremely frustrating experience with Klarna. On June 22, I was prompted to top up $50 during checkout. The transaction initially appeared approved, but it was later declined and the $50 has remained inaccessible ever since. I’ve contacted Klarna support more than 26 times. They have refused to refund the money, failed to resolve the issue, and have not provided any valid email or mailing address to submit a formal billing dispute. Tried booking a flight with Expedia using Klarna, but it did not go through with Expedia, but it was processed on the Klarna app. I contacted Klarna for help. After providing proof from Expedia. The agent accused me of sending him edited screenshots. It's actually insane to have someone like that being hired freely. This is disgusting behavior and should not be tolerated. Agent's name is Muskan, and he needs to be addressed. This is unacceptable. Hopefully, this doesn't happen to anyone else.
