I was told by my doctor here to come back for an appointment with a nurse at 3;30, I arrived at 3;30 and proceeded to wait an hour until 4;30pm to which the nurse had told me “you can come back in tomorrow” after I had expressed my frustration. That was one of my three days off work this month. Unorganized, inconsiderate workers besides Dr Melanie Van Soeren
this is by far the best clinic/doctors office i have ever been to, great staff and wonderful doctors that are very helpful
front desk will not inform you of phone calls to be expected and sometimes will have to call just to get a human to answer the phone i suggest in person to avoid such issues
