When someone's having an extremely hard time breathing you guys sure make them fight hard to get the thing they need to make them get better. Twice now in a month. You know, I've been going to Kilala for almost 4 years. I have never felt out of place or that I am rushed to explain the reaon im there, in fact they listen to my history of aches not limitimg me to one complaint at a time as many clinics seem to do nowadays. The staff are always welcoming, with real smiles, and...they ask questions. It's not just physical ailments they care for, they care for the whole person, mental, emotional and Spiritual too. I was told by my doctor here to come back for an appointment with a nurse at 3;30, I arrived at 3;30 and proceeded to wait an hour until 4;30pm to which the nurse had told me “you can come back in tomorrow” after I had expressed my frustration. That was one of my three days off work this month. Unorganized, inconsiderate workers besides Dr Melanie Van Soeren
this is by far the best clinic/doctors office i have ever been to, great staff and wonderful doctors that are very helpful
