Its been 5 months and they're refusing to pay ANY claims. I have thousands of dollars in hospital bills and they're doing nothing. Scam.
DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE!! They refuse to pay any type of hospital bills that you get. They will drag you on and on with paper work and constantly feed you lies like "your claim is currently being processed" and take about 3 months until they finally get to it. When they do finally decide to look at your form, they will simply write INELIGIBLE on all your claims and refuse to pay a penny after you have been paying them for months. M. They are very unprofessional. They say one thing one moment, and then change it the next. There is no communication within company and outside. Paid premium and were told several times that we were not covered by them. Have bills mounting up and and will not communicate with my other insurance company to sort out who is primary and who is secondary. This is a terrible company who cannot keep track of forms. My doctor has had to sign the same form 3 times now because they cannot keep track of it in their system. I would give them no stars if I could.
Marsico Jr was fired by Marsico Sr. and no longer works there after 2 years now. How unprofessional to still avdvertise Marsico & Marsico and when you call asking about Jr there is no information. Staff is very rude in relaying forwarding information for proper patient care.
