My daughter attended this school from 12 months old till 18 months old. I would not recommend this daycare based on our experience. There was a serious incident involving my daughter where basic care expectations were not met, including concerns that she was not given water during the day. I am absolutely beyond disgusted and furious with our experience here. My son was only 14-15 months old when he attended, and on MULTIPLE occasions he came home with bumps on his head under their care. As a parent, there is nothing more upsetting than seeing your baby hurt and feeling like the people responsible either don’t notice, don’t care, or refuse to communicate properly about it. We love KLA NMB. The staff are so loving, my child is happy to be there every day and you can really see how much every staff member cares for the children, from the front desk to the teachers. The communication is great and easy, the app is really helpful and I feel so at ease leaving my child at school every day. Highly recommend.

Queremos agradecer sinceramente a todo el equipo de KLA North Miami por el cariño, la dedicación y el cuidado que le brindaron a nuestra bebé Luna durante su tiempo en el daycare.
