We had the most wonderful experience at KLA. Choosing the right first pre-K learning center for our daughter was incredibly important to us, especially since she had always been at home with us and her nanny. Since the change in administration, we have unfortunately noticed a significant shift in the overall atmosphere of the school. The environment no longer feels as warm and positive as it once did. You can sense the tension when walking into the building, and the staff’s morale appears to have declined. Their body language and overall demeanor reflect what seems to be a stressful work environment. I would like to publicly recognize how exceptional Miss Karolina Frigini is as a teacher. It is rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond what is expected in a school environment.
