Went in to browse around KK's, checking out the booths. Went into the Tea Room. Talked to the lady who does the dessert baking. Had some questions. She was very rude! Went to the counter to pay for something I picked up in a booth. There were 2 young girls who were very rude as well? These people need to take a class in customer service and manners.
K K's Corner Mall has a lot of booths with cute and unique items. I did notice that a lot of the items were from Hobby Lobby and the price was higher. Lol. Every time I visit Lubbock I go in and look around. Also, every time I go in there, the girls who work at the front counter are unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional. With all those un's I don't think I will be shopping in there anymore. Lubbock is full of places to shop at with much friendlier service.
