I had a good experience having the blinds installed. However, we have had issues with the remotes, and it is impossible to get help fixing or replacing them with this company, even though they offer a 5-year warranty. They do not honor it.

Exceptional quality, service and professionalism. We decided to go with KK3 to install our zebra blinds and we are very happy with their work. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for window coverings for their home. We looked at a lot of vendors for blinds however what sold us with KK3 was that they are established with showrooms in several locations in the GTA. I hardly post reviews but the service from this guy forced me to post my experience. I called and made an appointment as this place is not too far from my place. We agreed to meet at this place but the guy didn’t show up on time. When called, he told me he is 5-10 minutes away. So after waiting for almost 25 minutes, this guy shows up.
