This is a disgrace, how can you have such a big airport and no smoking area, i’m deeply dissapointed and will probably never book another flight from jfk.
Very busy airport with on going construction. Lounges are over capacity. We took the train in from Seaford to the air train into JFK. TSA precheck line was 20 minutes long. Delta counter line was over 20 minutes.
