I engaged Des for a family law matter. He turned up in a Hawaiian shirt and chewed gum for the entire hour. I didn't mind the shirt so much but I feel that, as a professional firm, a bit more attention to attire wouldn't go astray. The chewing of gum was very annoying. After a few weeks of hearing nothing, I emailed Des to follow up. He apologised and said he had been busy and promised to get back to me shortly.
