Such a warm personal and friendly customer experience yesterday at the Noosa store! I went into the store and tried on the midi (long) version of a dress, which unfortunately had some marks and a faulty zip. The sales assistant offered to get a new one from the back. However, when I returned home to Victoria, I realised she had mistakenly given me the mini version instead. She also barely acknowledged us the entire time unless we asked her for things. I do love this brand and have bought a number of items. This review is for the staff at Kivari Noosa and Byron. Today I visited Kivari Noosa and the culture of staff reminded me of the multiple visits I’ve had in the Byron store over the last few years. I had initially thought it was just the staff in Byron but I felt a similar air of arrogance in the staff in Noosa. Little acknowledgement. Not genuine. And frankly…. rude.
